This is an opportunity to join a Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding over 5,000 hires a year. Join a team that fosters a positive, collaborative, engaged and supportive working environment.

As a limited tenure Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive new hire experience, quality of hire, and on time execution of the Onboarding process. You will partner with the talent acquisition team and local HR staff to facilitate onboarding processes and workflow.

Additionally, you will serve as the applicant tracking system advisor for job seekers and play an integral role in utilizing the applicant tracking system to record and track candidate status and information.

Your duties will include:

  • Verifying candidate source information and documents.
  • Providing quality customer service to employees, managers and job seekers.
  • Assisting with special recruitment projects, recruitment events and continuous improvement projects.

This is a Full Time, Day Shift (8 hour shifts) position with flexible start times between 6:30AM - 9AM, located in La Jolla. This position is limited tenure (six months, unless business needs change) and is currently primarily remote, but does require the ability to work in-office up to two times per week on a rotating schedule. Extending beyond 6 months an option depending upon business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ability to meet established deadlines, and manage multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • One year of administrative support experience in a complex environment, preferably related to HR and/or recruitment, emphasizing the coordination of employment and recruitment activities.
  • Minimum of one year of experience utilizing Windows-based computerized software programs. Requires demonstrated proficiency in use of computers and various software applications.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in creating reports using Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Must be able to demonstrate position-required behaviors in fulfillment of the organization's mission.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Two years of HR specific, recruitment office, or onboarding experience.

Position Pay Range: $26.87-$40.31/hour
