POSITION SUMMARY
Antinos Management America, a group company of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. that is focused on Japanese Artists is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the team in Culver City with administrative duties. Often serve as first introduction to the department within and outside of Sony. The position includes but is not limited to responsibilities within events, bookkeeping, merchandise, and office management tasks to support a group of 4 professionals.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in our Culver City office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping using QuickBooks (invoicing, account receivable, accounts payable)
- Assisting with the creation of PPT presentations
- Checking provisions/pantry items for the office
- Expense Reports
- Booking meeting rooms
- Restaurant bookings
- Travel Arrangements
- Merchandise/ inventory and working with vendors
- Assisting with tour production and events, including attending events and selling merchandise
- Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred
- Fluent in Japanese
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner to communicate with all levels of management
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The target annualized base salary range for this position is $53,000 – $60,000
.
The individual will be paid hourly and eligible for overtime. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
