Enbridge is hiring a Data Entry Clerk right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.
Responsibilities:
- You will review files and index them into a predefined template
- Will work in an office/file room setting for 40 hours a week – Not remote
- Will work with and report to the Manager, TIS Corporate Records Management and Governance
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to type and enter data into various systems
- Must be able to move, carry and pack 50lbs boxes of files
- Has knowledge of and can use Excel
- Ability to review and reconcile data. This includes physical and electronic data.
- Must have the ability to type and enter data into various systems
- Knowledge of Right of Way records a plus
- 4 - 5 month project
Please note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise, working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
