Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring CloudBig Technology's customers can count on receiving high-quality products in a timely manner. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be working closely with the Operations team and will be responsible for ensuring all processes and systems are in compliance with company standards. This person will also be working with our global warehouse team to ensure that products are received in good condition and that customer orders are received on time. The Quality Assurance Specialist will also be responsible for assisting the Operations team with product quality testing on incoming shipments.

Essential Duties:
·Perform product quality testing on incoming shipments.
·Assist the Operations team with product quality testing on incoming shipments.
·Perform inventory control functions.
·Process customer returns in a timely manner.
·Prepare reports for internal auditing department.
·Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
·Work closely with warehouse team to ensure that orders are received in good condition and that customer orders are received on time.
·Work closely with global operations team to ensure that products are received in good condition and that customer orders are received in a timely manner.
·Work closely with global auditing department to ensure that the company is compliant with regulatory agencies’ requirements.
