Overview:

Researching and qualifying data

This role will pays a wage of $17.00.

About the Venue:

Pollstar

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Department Heads on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice and Routebook production.
• Maintaining, updating and preserving the integrity of our database.
• Reconciliation of conflicts in the database
• Identification and removal of duplicate records
• Data entry for contact updates and routebook data received via email
• Heavy data entry with importance on accuracy
• Customer service - via phone and email
• Research on new and existing listings and artists
• Proofing charts and features for weekly publication
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• A working knolodge of the concert business
• An understanding of workflow
• Experience with data entry including self proofing and interpretation of data
• Proofing skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Time Management and organization skills
